A fascinating opportunity to trace the American Jewish journey from persecution to participation, from the original 23 refugees who landed in 1654 to today’s extraordinary and diverse Jewish Community. The exhibit also includes the Jewish experience in Michigan from the first fur traders in the 1760's to the modern era.
